Jonathan Baron is a financial advisor with Edward Jones Investments and has been with the firm since 2010.  Mr. Baron established and currently heads the Edward Jones Westport branch office.  He brings 8 years of experience in the Financial Services industry and uses his experience assisting people with their financial needs.  In addition to being an active member of The Westport/Weston Chamber of Commerce he is also involved with a number of community organizations.  In the Westport Rotary Mr. Baron served as Treasurer on the board of the Lobster Fest committee where he helped raise over $27,000 for local and international charities.  He serves as an officer in the Westport Masons and is involved with the Fathers club for his daughters elementary school.  Mr. Baron lives in Trumbull with his wife Kristen and his two daughters Rachel and Kylah.

  • Dr. Amir Nasir


     

    Dr. Nasir is a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery who has performed thousands of plastic surgery procedures. He has advanced fellowship training in Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery from Boston University. He has received the Top Plastic Surgeon Award for two years in a row by the Consumers’ Research Council of America. Dr. Nasir is a Plastic Surgeon in Fairfield County and serves the towns of Westport and Fairfield locally as well as surrounding communities. He also serves patients from all over Connecticut, regionally, including many from New York City, as as well as international patients.

    Dr. Nasir was extremely honored when Dr. James Lyons, an internationally respected cosmetic surgeon, author, and lecturer with over 30 years of surgical experience chose Dr. Nasir to join his growing practice in Westport. Dr. Nasir has had the truly unique opportunity to partner with one of the masters of cosmetic surgery.

    Amongst his peers, Dr. Nasir has a unique background which includes earning a Bachelor of Science in Optical Engineering from the University of Rochester, a Master’s in Public Health from Tulane University in New Orleans, and an MD from the University of Kansas. He was one of a handful of young doctors in the United States selected for his prestigious and highly coveted six-year integrated plastic surgery residency.

    Dr. Nasir has served as Assistant Professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Upstate, NY and at UConn Health in Farmington, CT where he helped to train the next generation of  doctors, plastic surgeons, and general surgeons.

    Before going into medicine he worked as an engineer on the correction for the Hubble Space Telescope and has received both the Outstanding Achievement Award and the Pride in Excellence Award from Ball Aerospace. Dr. Nasir also served for two years in the U.S. Peace Corps in a remote West African village on the Guinea Warm Eradication Program. His service in Africa led directly to his interest and career in medicine.
